Associate Attorney - Antitrust

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of significant antitrust experience to join their Government Enforcement & Investigations (GEI) practice in Washington, D.C. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile matters within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on a range of antitrust matters, including litigation, merger reviews, government investigations, and client counseling.

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, from developing case strategy to trial preparation and execution.

• Advise clients on compliance with federal antitrust regulations and risk mitigation strategies.

• Represent clients in government enforcement actions and investigations.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of significant antitrust experience, including litigation, merger review, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong civil litigation skills, with experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and preparing for trial.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (a writing sample is required).

• D.C. Bar membership is preferred (or eligibility to waive in).
