Principal Network Engineer W/Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Principal Network Engineer.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

• Eight (8) Years relevant experience Including experience with Enterprise Infrastructure and Firewalls

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

• DoD 8140 (DoDD 8570) IAT Level III Baseline Certification (At least one of these)

  • CompTIA Advanced security Practitioner with Continuing Education (CASP+ CE)

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security)

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP or Associate)

  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

AND

• Computing Environment Certifications Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)

AND

• Preferred: In addition to CCIE Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or higher level 

Clearance

• Top Secret - Tier 5 investigation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.

• Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.

• Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.

• Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $160,000 - $250,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees
