Your Role: Outside Sales Rep/Design Consultant

As a vital member of our team, you'll be instrumental in our operations:

• Relationship Building: Forge connections with pre-qualified homeowners (yes, we generate leads and set appointments for you) and occasionally generate your own leads.
• Consultative Approach: Present our industry-leading products through sales presentations, utilizing our patented iPad software to design customized window and door solutions that meet homeowners' needs.
• Deal Closer: Prepare quotes, close deals, and fulfill homeowners' needs by turning their vision into reality.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills and increase your sales performance.

Requirements

 Who You Are:

• Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Customer-Centric: Your focus is on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.
• Education & Abilities: A college degree or a combination of education and experience, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
