Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support oil and gas operations by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of production equipment and facilities. 

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on oilfield equipment and production facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Inspect pumps, compressors, motors, valves, tanks, and related production equipment
• Assist with equipment installations, startup, and commissioning activities
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, manuals, and technical drawings
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with operations and other maintenance personnel to support daily field activities
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to field issues as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions
• Oilfield production or midstream maintenance experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures including LOTO and JSA processes
