Summary
The Project Analyst, Legal Operations assists the partners, attorneys, management, and paralegals of the firm’s Office of General Counsel (“OGC”) by providing sophisticated project support, data analysis, and content review in a variety of subject areas overseen by the OGC.
Location
This position is located in our Baltimore, Wilmington, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Reston, Washington, D.C., or Raleigh office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide project management support for OGC initiatives and firm initiatives assisted by OGC, including those relating to employment.
Lead data analysis projects within OGC and in OGCs support of other firm departments.
Assist in detailed review and editing of key communications and other critical documents.
Compile and organize information from various internal firm sources to support OGC projects.
Assist with preparing a variety of documents, forms, chart, letters, etc.
Perform database research and data entry.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with exceptional proficiency in Excel preferred. Database experience preferred. Strong communication (including a demonstrated history of exceptional writing and proofreading skills) and interpersonal skills, including comfort and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with firm leadership, firm partners, other attorneys, paralegals, and internal firm departments. Experience with managing projects required. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, and experience applying those skills in the management of complex and sensitive data. Must have the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to prioritize multiple assignments to meet competing deadlines. Familiarity with litigation fundamentals is a plus.
The work of the OGC is often highly confidential in nature and the candidate for this position must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Bachelor's Degree
Certifications
Paralegal certificate a plus
Minimum Years of Experience
5 years of Office experience, preferably in a law firm environment or other legal setting, supporting paralegals and/or attorneys.

Physical Demands
