Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Managers in preparing and processing Time and Material (T&M) and AIA billings
• Interface invoices in Viewpoint
• Reconciling customer account statements
• Prepare and process credit memo’s
• Prepare and execute conditional\partial lien waivers
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy
• Routine filing and document scanning to the network
• Assist with other projects as assigned

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

 

This is a permanent position, so we are looking at local candidates.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$65,000
