Senior Backend Developer (C#)

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (C#)  to join our growing Engineering team! As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing and secure APIs that power our applications and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our APIs are well-documented, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Python.

• Utilize Azure APIs and Azure technologies to build and integrate APIs seamlessly.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define API requirements and functionality.

• Implement strong authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure API security.

• Write clear and concise API documentation for both internal and external developers.

• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest API development trends and technologies.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on API development.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Python.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.

• Experience with Azure APIs and Azure technologies is a strong plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
