Line/Grill Cook

The Inn at SentryWorld, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our Café and room service guests, maintaining cleanliness in assigned kitchen space and partnering with other team members to deliver exceptional service. Our culinary team strives to combine modern techniques with local and seasonal products. What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook II with The Inn at SentryWorld, you will:

• Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes and assist our Head Baker with pastry items as needed.
• Set up assigned stations and gather necessary supplies/ingredients to prepare menu items for a successful service.
• Serve menu items following established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.
• Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station.

What it Takes

• High School or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility
• Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions
• Maintain open availability and be flexible to accommodate business needs on nights, weekends and holidays
