Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative marketing leader to serve as Director, FI Channel Marketing. Reporting to the Head of Partner Channel Marketing, this role is responsible for driving SMB and enterprise merchant growth through our FI bank partnerships. The Manager will lead the development and execution of joint marketing initiatives that accelerate acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across the FI channel.

This role partners closely with regional bank stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing programs that support a high-growth area of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide FI channel marketers with campaign development, approvals, product and service webinars, and bank roadshows

  • Lead joint marketing strategies with bank partners to drive merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Martech, and Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Build rapport and work closely with key bank partners and their stakeholders

  • Build scalable marketing programs aligned to bank partner initiatives and priorities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including targeting, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and marketing asset creation

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and budgets

  • Manage marketing support for product launches, feature enhancements, promotional programs, and banker engagement campaigns

  • Own campaign planning, launch coordination, and cross-functional workflows from concept through execution

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, portfolio impact, and revenue outcomes

  • Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and release schedules

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and organization of co-branded marketing collateral across digital and print channels

  • Support delivery of sales and marketing plans, collateral and presentations

  • Support the development and execution of banker and merchant facing campaigns, with ongoing performance tracking and program management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
