We make sure everything runs smoothly for our colleagues in the Prague tech hub.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>We are</span><span> </span><span>looking for </span><span>a dedicated IT Tech support professional</span><span> to join</span><span> the business operations team</span><span> and </span><span>deliver </span><span>an outstanding</span><span> technology experience for our colleagues.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What role will you play?</span><span> </span></b><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>As part of the Business Operations team, </span><span>you’ll</span><span> be the go-to person for all IT-related needs, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and devices for our Prague employees. </span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Your daily tasks:</span></b><span>  </span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Technical Support:</span></b><span><span> First point of contact for issues with laptops, software, mobile devices, and video-conference equipment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>IT Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:</span></b><span><span> Prepare and set up equipment for new joiners and manage returns when people leave.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Video Conferencing:</span></b><span><span> Check meeting rooms daily, run test calls, and ensure presentations work smoothly.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Event Support:</span></b><span><span> Provide technical </span><span>assistance</span><span> for town halls, meetups, </span><span>conferences</span><span> </span><span>and other events.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Network:</span></b><span><span> </span><span>Monitor</span><span> Wi-Fi and connectivity, troubleshoot issues, support network hardware, and act as remote hands for the UK networking team.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Print Services:</span></b><span><span> Restock supplies, </span><span>monitor</span><span> printer performance, help colleagues connect to printers and resolve printing issues, and coordinate fixes with the UK team.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Workspace </span><span>Tech </span><span>Maintenance:</span></b><span><span> Regularly </span><span>and proactively </span><span>check the office for tech issues, replace equipment, and set up desk hardware.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Hardware Procurement:</span></b><span><span> Work with the UK IT team to manage hardware orders, deliveries, stock, and inventory updates.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Instruction Manuals:</span></b><span><span> Create clear, simple guides for employees covering IT equipment and related processes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Team Support: </span></b><span><span>Assist</span><span> other teams and members of the Business Operations team as needed. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What skills do you need to play your role well? </span></b><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven onsite IT support experience: </span><span>you’ve</span><span> already handled day-to-day tech issues in an office environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><
