The Challenge

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide senior level support to our CFO Org leadership team and build out the Office of the CFO practice. Working with a growing, successful and dynamic team, you will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.   

Your Mission

  • Business meeting planning, organizing logistics in various locations
  • Manage Board and Investors meeting and conferences
  • Run CFO staff meetings
  • Review and compile reports on team and company goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute team events for a lively global team 
  • Complex diary management - setting up both internal and external meetings  
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is occasionally confidential  
  • Taking on special projects as needed  
  • Creating letters, executive presentations and any other type of documentation

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years’ experience in project management, executive administrative assistance, or relevant experience  
  • Great attitude and friendly nature  
  • Highly motivated and hard-working  
  • A problem-solver, a logical and methodical worker  
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail  
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment  
  • Composed, confident, and articulate when dealing with customers and colleagues  
  • IT literate and tech-savvy
