Primary Responsibilities:

 

Teach and/or co-teach undergraduate and graduate courses and labs as assigned

 
Primary teaching responsibilities in courses across the curriculum, including foundational occupational therapy courses as well as courses related to intervention, program development and evaluation. This will include online education in our doctoral program.

 
Advise and mentor students including supervising student capstone projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 

At least 3 years of experience in clinical practice, clinical teaching and/or classroom teaching experience at the graduate level

 

Knowledge of curriculum and instructional design including distance education

 

Must have current NBCOT and eligibility for PA Licensure

 

Earned clinical or research doctorate degree.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Prior University level teaching experience

 

Experience with educational technology and online education

 

Active participation in professional organizations such as AOTA, NBCOT, or State Associations etc.

 

Alternatively, the applicants may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential job functions.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the University Community.
