Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Project Specialist. As a Project Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating energy‑efficiency improvements for multifamily residential customers. Working closely with field staff, contractor partners, and internal teams, you will ensure smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of projects from application through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline‑driven environment, is highly detail‑oriented, and enjoys supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Your strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and commitment to accuracy will help drive successful program outcomes.

This role is fully remote, with preference for candidates located in Oregon.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Project & Contractor Support

  • Champion contractor projects from submission through payment, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.

  • Support contractors by answering program requirement questions, application‑specific inquiries, and providing clear updates on application status.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and contractors to resolve questions or gather missing information, ensuring projects meet program standards.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Conduct QA/QC reviews of rebate applications, including verifying accuracy of invoices, technical specifications, and supporting documents. 

  • Ensure all required data is presented to meet utility rebate requirements.

  • Process project incentive applications by verifying incentive eligibility and project status.

  • Maintain accurate, organized electronic records for all projects.

Project Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects across varying scopes and levels of complexity.

  • Perform data entry in internal systems with high attention to detail.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers for technical support or escalations involving more complex project considerations.

  • Work closely with other Project Specialists and team members, contributing to a collaborative support environment.

  • Assist with other assignments, operational tasks, and process improvements as needed.
