Job Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the execution and success of supplier enablement and master data readiness activities to ensure alignment with the overall Coupa implementation timeline.
  • Coordinate resources and tasks to meet project milestones and deliverables efficiently.
  • Ensure the successful execution of supplier enablement activities, including onboarding, data collection, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address challenges and ensure the timely completion of enablement tasks.
  • Work closely with data owners and ERP teams to facilitate seamless data transfer and integration into Coupa.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to align on project goals and address any concerns.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supplier enablement and master data readiness activities.
  • Coordinate the development of training materials and programs to educate suppliers and internal teams on Coupa processes and functionalities.
  • Maintain a list of priorities for continuous improvement based on previous wave implementations.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Procurement analytics features to create and maintain visual reports.
  • Ability to design reports that effectively communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the supplier data model for global organizations and typical metadata elements.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa software, especially its master data management and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP SRM as a heavy end user, implementer, invoice processor, or buyer.
  • Understanding of fundamental P2P principles, including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving, matching, invoice processing, and disbursement.
  • Understanding of Coupa's data structure and integration points with other systems, such as ERP solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with master data elements such as Units of Measure, Payment Terms, GL accounts, and other key data points used in procurement systems.
