We are looking for an Associate to join our rapidly growing Field Operations team in Atlanta, GA. The role of the Field Operations Associate is a critical part of ensuring our hardware and operational data is in a constant state of readiness so our team within Test and Evaluation (T&E) can be successful, including support of deployment operations. This Associate will oversee a fleet of trucks, trailers, and airplanes to ensure timely maintenance and preparedness. Additionally, this role will oversee the integrity, consistency, and completeness of operational data such as flight logs and field issue reports. This will require a breadth of understanding inventory management, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, and a deep appreciation for details. As you execute with equipment and fleet management for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our T&E and deployment capabilities. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges, unblocking issues, and establishing procedures, all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the readiness and accountability of required equipment
- Collaborate with your Test and Evaluation partners to ensure that the vehicle fleet and test equipment are test-ready
- Ensure the reordering, replacement, or repair of assigned equipment
- End-to-end delivery of vehicles and equipment for all demos, deployments, and exercises
- Checking in and out of test equipment and vehicles used for all demos, deployments, and exercises
- Schedule routine and pop up maintenance for vehicles
- Maintain surrogate and airplane fleet and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
- Inspect Atlanta equipment, maintain supplies and storage areas at Anduril test sites to ensure onsite equipment is test ready
- Ensure consistency, and completeness of critical operational data, including standardizing inputs for JIRA Flight Log and Issue tickets, triaging inputs and standardizing data processes.
- Coordinate a process for the weekly audit of operational data to ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance.
- Actively manage and advance operational tickets through their respective JIRA workflows.
- Maintain records of activities and provide general administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and complaints, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring needs are met regarding product availability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup environment doing inventory & data management
- Experience collaborating cross functionally working towards a common goal
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and planning
- Basic efficiency in Excel
- Experience with scheduling and maintenance processes
- Highly polished communication skills
- US Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
- This job will include travel up to 30% to Anduril offices and test sites
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with JIRA or other data management systems
