As the Senior Manager of Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), you will be instrumental in driving the execution of enterprise wide GRC strategic objectives and key results at The Boeing Company to build a center of excellence for implementing enterprise security policy, operationalizing a security risk management program, and optimizing a global regulatory compliance framework at scale. You will manage the Security GRC product portfolio and oversee the delivery of transformation initiatives resulting in process automation and capability enhancements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and capabilities. Reporting directly to the Security GRC Leader, you have the flexibility to work from one of our offices, adopt a hybrid approach, or work fully from home in North America.

Position Responsibilities:
Drive the execution and reporting of Security GRC strategic objectives and key results
Manage the Security GRC product portfolio with Agile Development Operations (ADO) work management
Prepare and present executive-level Security GRC report-outs
Lead GRC business operations integration and manage the Security GRC team
Develop and implement robust security and Security GRC programs
Drive compliance with risk management methodologies and industry best practices
Lead process engineering and automation initiatives
Oversee innovation product portfolios and service delivery
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
5+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team
5+ years of experience in a managerial role
5+ years of experience participating in strategic planning, research and risk management to support compliance requirements
5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
5+ years of experience planning and executing staffing and employee development strategies
5+ years of experience taking data and deriving meaningful information through analysis and data visualization
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher
Cybersecurity certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and/or Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Cloud certifications such as Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) and/or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
10+ years of experience
