About the role

Summary 

Responsible for all things related to Biologicals product inventory in St. Louis, including organization, accuracy and availability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all Biologicals inventory is accurate and that NetSuite reflects physical inventory.
  • Ensures all processes are in place and followed to maintain inventory accuracy including, but not limited to, correct use of inventory control forms, inventory cards, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite.
  • Maintain a minimum and maximum inventory level for pack sizes and bulk materials and ensure visibility of these inventory levels to the rest of the Biologicals team
  • Ensure that detailed but necessary information is included on all inventory items in NetSuite
  • Upload inventory files and make inventory adjustments as needed
  • Propose recommendations for resale items to be ordered for stock on an ongoing basis
  • Complete all paperwork needed for product fills and pools to maintain appropriate stock for all “off-the-shelf” items or as needed. Additionally, coordinate all required product fills with the packaging team as needed
  • Process any custom orders once collections have been received and released into inventory
  • Work closely with the Donor Coordinator on items that need to be collected for stock to prevent long lead time.
  • Check in donor items and add material level detail on the receiving log.
  • Complete receiving documentation required for all resale items and submit to biologicals operations lead for final review and submission.
  • Complete RMAs as required for internal production.

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Two years or more related experience and/or training or equivalent.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 
  • This individual must be able to:
    • Communicate professionally both written and verbally with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
    • Prioritize and manage deadlines.
    • Forecast upcoming needs based on current trends.
