Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with some recruiting experience to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is 1-2 days remote per week with more flexibility in time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
