The Coatings business drives excellence in the development, production, and marketing of coatings solutions.  This includes innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, applied surface treatments for metal, plastic, and glass substrates, and advanced solutions for sustainability, performance, and digitalization.   We are looking for a professional like you to join our team!

As a member of the Refinish (Collision Shop) Coatings Supply Chain Leadership team, this position will manage all Order to Cash processes for Refinish customers in North America in accordance with established business rules and expectations.

What you'll do....

•    Leading a team of several customer care professionals with order management responsibilities. Ensure optimal employee performance and development through active coaching, training, and resource allocation to support productivity growth.
•    Successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing the customer experience.
•    Demonstrating robust data analysis skills to support decision-making within the business and to drive continuous improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency.
•    Actively participating in regional and global order-to-cash communities to leverage and share knowledge and support.
•    Being solutions-focused to prioritize and resolve issues for managing crisis support.
•    Developing agile processes that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

If you...

•    Bachelor's in related field.
•    Have 3 or more years of people management experience.
•    Possess a strong skill set with digital tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.
•    Have the ability to adapt to ambiguous situations.
•    Desire continual knowledge and know-how of order to cash processes and interfaces.
•    Having strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
•    Have SAP experience.
