You are responsible for leading a team of direct reports, which may include Lot Assistants, Lot Driver I, and Lot Driver II positions, holding them accountable for performance and ensuring the auction vehicle flow is running smoothly and efficiently.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>People Leadership &amp; Accountability:</strong> Lead, manage, and hold the Lot Operations team accountable for daily performance. Provide ongoing performance feedback and monitor individual productivity to meet operational objectives.</li> <li><strong>Operational Coordination:</strong> Coordinate daily activities to ensure vehicles are in the correct location and ready for the auction.
