Location: Healing Waters - Witchita, KS

Healing Waters is seeking a Full-Time Healing Waters Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Healing Waters Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care during their visit.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
  • Promote Healing Waters services and products to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
