With headquarters in London and offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Kraków and Warsaw – and an all-star team already in place – we’re sure you’ll fit right in. </p><p></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Senior People Partner to be a trusted adviser and proactive partner to the Head of People on all things people; listening, coaching, and advising them on actions required for the best outcomes to drive performance and business growth for your business units.</p><p>As a Senior People Partner, you will work closely with our technical managers to identify teams' needs and potential. You will have a significant amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to help build an outstanding people function.</p><p></p><p><strong>What the role involves:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Influencing leaders and managers to create high-performing teams encompassing diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and adoption of cultural values and behaviours.</li> <li>Partnering with business units, working with leaders to initiate and support them on appropriate solutions for learning and development, including peer learning and personalized learning needs.</li> <li>Using people analytics data provided by People Ops to track insights, and interpret people trends for quick and accurate decision making.</li> <li>Developing strong relationships to support the development of a world-class employee experience.</li> <li>Delivering on equality Index tracking.</li> <li>Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver clear hiring plans, solve talent and resource gaps, support onboarding and sync on candidates’ career and development plans.</li> <li>Being on a constant watch-out for talent and market trends to best hire and retain our team members.</li> <li>Supporting the organizational design to make sure we grow in the right way.</li> <li>Performance Development – performance reviews, talent calibration, leadership and management training, personal development plans, and career coaching.</li> <li>Creating a collaborative working environment in a hybrid setting.</li> <li>Helping us introduce important structures and processes around performance, talent acquisition, and compensation.</li> <li>Unleashing culture initiatives for the teams to maximise engagement.</li> <li>Designing, building, introducing, and iterating on People products together with your People Team colleagues.</li> <li>Influencing the DE&I agenda and acting as primary DE&I champion – working with the wider people team on calendar events.</li> <li>Being the go-to person for HR and labour law topics and questions.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul> <li>Significant experience in the role of a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in an IT organisation</li> <li>Extensive HR expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the HR function and its pivotal role in driving business objectives</li> <li>Proficient in HR best practices: Demonstrate extensive knowledge across various HR domains, including Employee Relations, Reward, Resourcing, Talent and Development, Leadership Coaching, and Employment Law. Familiarity with relevant local laws and compliance regulations.</li> <li>Exceptional customer and relationship management skills: Exhibit a strong ability to build credibility and influence others effectively. Prioritize a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.</li> <li>Accomplished in change management: Possess a wide-ranging skill set in change management and adeptness in applying project management principles to implement and support organizational changes.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. </li> <li>Good knowledge of Polish labour law, taxes and regulations</li> <li>High proficiency in both Polish and English</li> <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation would be an additional plus.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What happens next?</strong></p><ul> <li>Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview
