European HR Administrator

<ul><li>You will collaborate closely with our Management and Employees in selected European countries regarding the following areas:</li><li>Administrate electronic personal files.</li><li>Point of contact for all employees (including Management) in regard to time management</li><li>Time management for selected European countries<ul><li>Maintain and change employee data in local systems (Italy - SFERA, Edenred, Austria -TIMER and Zeit+,  Germany – SAP).</li><li>Requesting lunch allowances for days worked (based on TT system data) for EE – Italy</li><li>Preparing time slips for all EE in Austria – time slips are created manually and sent to EEs and managers for approval, then saved to local disk.</li><li>Entering data related to business trips for EE (to calculate car/km allowances, daily allowances</li><li>Ordering lunch vouchers via Edenred system and cooperating with AP team to process the request.</li><li>Preparing month end closing in the TT systems</li><li>Entering all time offs and absences (e.g. vacation, sickness, HO, clock in/out adjustments)</li><li>Preparing overtime reports for managers</li><li>Preparing vacation balance reports and sending to payroll providers or local payroll team (Italy, Austria)</li><li>Correcting time data in the systems and sending requests for adjustments to payroll team or provider</li></ul></li><li>Preparing contracts – employment contract templates, non-disclosure, agreements and other documents &amp; attachments, annexes (on request)</li><li>Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support EU countries (SIP statements, annexes, data review, WD implementation)</li><li>Support WD payroll implementation project</li></ul><p></p><p>Your profile:</p><ul><li>University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>International working experience and intercultural sensitivity</li><li>Working experience in operational environment with a focus on continuous process improvement</li><li>Service and problem-solving mindset with a focus on teamwork with international clients and stakeholders</li><li>Fluent command of English, both written and spoken (another European language would be a big plus)</li><li>Excellent attention to details</li><li>Knowledge of WorkDay is a plus</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Opportunities for personal and professional development in an international, digital, and future-oriented environment</li><li>A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration</li><li>Attractive compensation and benefits package, including Medical Insurance, Sports cards, Life insurance, Holiday allowance from Social Fund</li><li>Flexible working hours and hybrid working model</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-SA1</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
