Non OHSU Student Worker - Bilingual in Spanish

Department Overview

The Department of Pediatrics is recruiting for a student worker.  Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Function/Duties of Position

Primary duties:

• Recruitment of study participants in English and Spanish.
• Spanish translation of research materials, and preparation of research products including research posters/presentations, and manuscripts. 

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in:  Undergraduate Program.
• College-level English reading/speaking/writing.
• Fluency in Spanish reading/speaking/writing (native speaker preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in child health, developmental disabilities, medical interpretation, community health, or clinical research.
• Skills in survey research or basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Interpersonal communication or customer service experience
