We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a PRN RN to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and LTC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans, and implements client care as directed by the facility and NurseCore standards. 
• Maintains competency through continuing education.
• Administers and records medications given.
• Carries out prescribed treatments. 
• Admits and discharges patients as directed.
• Respect patients' rights and maintain confidentiality. 
• All other duties assigned 

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a PRN or similar role.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. 
• Negative TB/PPD- Chest Xray within 12 months
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas areas.
