We are seeking a proactive and skilled Design Team Lead to join our team. 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develops and prepares visual designs for products and brands to support the company’s communication and branding efforts.
• Leads the development of brand identities for new brands, while regularly reviewing and refining existing brand visuals to maintain consistency and relevance.
• Designs user-centered UI/UX solutions to enhance digital experiences and customer interfaces.
• Maintains and curates the visual content library, ensuring all visual assets are organized, up-to-date, and accessible for the team.
• Conducts regular brand audits to identify and address visual inconsistencies across touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
• Supports the team and company by providing visual design assistance for presentations, charts, and other internal needs.
• Ensures the highest quality of all final visual outputs produced by the design stream, maintaining brand consistency and excellence.
• Leads a design team as a part of a Content Team, efficiently managing workloads and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Reports regularly on the design stream’s progress, aligns on project deliverables, and seeks approval from the Head of Content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gambling
• Extensive experience in graphic design and UI/UX design
• Experience in leading a team
• Proficiency in Figma
• English B2
• Track record working with AI tools (image generators, Midjourney preferably)
