Junior Trader / Analyst or Associate – LatAm Credit Solutions Trading

Job Description:

Team Overview:

The LatAm Structured Credit Solutions Trading team provides secured/unsecured funded and unfunded credit solutions to LatAm-based clients and LatAm-focused institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support risk monitoring of trading book positions (e.g., default exposure, CS01, DV01, funding)
• Assist in overseeing secured financing exposures, including collateral valuation and margin calls
• Help with modelling new transactions and prepare pricing analysis with structuring and sales teams
• Help manage the deal pipeline and coordinate across internal stakeholders
• Prepare presentation materials for internal approvals and client discussions
• Engage with control functions (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Model Risk), QSDG, and technology teams
• Contribute to optimization initiatives for balance sheet, capital, and funding

Skills:

• Strong technical and analytical skills, ideally with exposure to volatility and options pricing
• Solid understanding of Excel for modeling and analysis
• Interest in credit markets and structured products
• Spanish or Portuguese a plus

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
