This position is responsible for overseeing daily operation of the program consistent with administrative, programmatic and clinical policies of Community Healthlink, Inc and applicable external funding sources and regulatory bodies.

CHL's North County Clinical Team, is one of three programs in CHL's Developmental Disabilities Unit which provides services to adults (ages 19 and older) who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability and are often dually diagnosed with emotional, psychiatric or behavioral disorders. Most clients are referred by family and or their Department of Developmental Services Coordinator. The program provides individual, group, and family counseling at our site in Fitchburg, as well as medication management with our highly skilled psychiatrist.


1. Ensures all clinical services are in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
2. Manages the staff.
3. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff and completing all required documentation.
4. Ensures all new staff complete program orientation and training as required by CHL and a Commission on applicable Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) applicable grant requirements.
5. Sets staffing patterns, approves staff time, attendance and leave time. Responsible for ongoing employee performance review complete annual performance evaluation of staff.
6. Provides and documents clinical supervision to assigned Clinical staff and Crisis Support in accordance with CHL and CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) requirements.

7. Knowledge of applicable licensing regulations, accreditation standards, provider specifications for outpatient services, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead, work with, supervise, and coach a diverse staff.

8. Clinical expertise with an ability to collaborate effectively and work with other professionals and organizations.

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related human services field.
2. Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist.

3. Driving is not a requirement.

Experience/Skills:

Required:
1. Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
