As the Director of Global Communications, you’ll be the powerhouse driving brand excellence across public relations, internal communications, social media, and content marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll shape brand perception and affinity, inspire your team, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a “wow” moment. This role is perfect for a bold leader who thinks creatively, executes flawlessly, and has a passion for building.
This is a unique opportunity to grow and scale a multi-billion-dollar B2B brand with a unique story to tell. As the pioneer of ecommerce acceleration and one of the only female-founded companies in Utah, plus incredible ecommerce experts and thought leaders, we are poised to take our storytelling to the next level. You will collaborate with executives on company announcements and thought leadership pieces as well as other marketing functions to develop and execute communication strategies that support key brand moments and product launches. You will drive our share of voice across key media partners and publications, amplifying Pattern’s narrative to generate interest and consideration for our products, and fostering loyalty and love for the Pattern brand. This is a full-time hybrid role in the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer in our Lehi, UT office.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and campaigns
Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with opportunities for continuous developmen
