Work Shift: Five 4 hours shifts - hours flexible - 20 hours per week total
The Target Pay for this position is $20.00 an hour. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose/Overview
The Warehouse Clerk assists in various warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading, and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Packaging of client and courier supply orders and shipping of supplies via FedEx, Antech courier or USPS or US Mail
- Preparation of U.S. Customs documents as needed
- Verification of inbound shipment accuracy with packing slips and unloading shipments
- Restocking of supplies throughout the facility
- Perform support office functions as needed such as but not limited to printing and collating forms
- Weekly or monthly inventory of stock and ordering back to established par levels in Envi
- Responsible for quarterly inventory counts and reporting per SDx guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- The employee must use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, and the Internet.
- The employee is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years’ related experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Working Conditions
- Stationary Position- must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 2 hours.
- Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch
- May be required to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail
- Hearing ability to effectively communicate via the telephone and in person
- The ability to communicate information so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
