About the Team

With a vision to empower every partner to build, market, and sell AI-first solutions at scale, Global Partner Channel Solutions (GCPS) drives revenue outcomes with and through our entire partner ecosystem. The Global Partner Marketing & GTM team brings together go-to-market strategy, programs, and digital platforms to accelerate partner growth and elevate the end-to-end partner experience across every partner segment and archetype.

About the Role

The Director of To-Partner Marketing leads strategy, prioritization, and execution across GCPS-owned digital channels and integrated, AI-powered marketing and communications for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Cloud Solution Areas. You will lead a team of partner marketing professionals accountable for translating business priorities into outside-in, partner-relevant narratives — grounding every message in the partner’s “what’s in it for me” (WIFM) and earning opportunity for partners serving all customer segments – SMB through Enterprise.

You will orchestrate data-driven, omnichannel partner journeys that attract, nurture, inspire, and retain partners; build measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to partner activation, pipeline, and revenue; and harness generative AI and modern martech to deliver personalization and content velocity at scale. You will think and act both strategically and tactically, using business acumen, storytelling and a deep partner focus to balance the needs of partners and Microsoft.

This role provides team leadership for the Partner Book of News and editorial calendar strategy, the multi-year end-to-end digital partner journey, an integrated earned-media and social strategy, and the delivery of impactful partner communications globally.
