The Payroll/Absence Management Lead will be responsible for analyzing and designing client business processes specific to Payroll. This role requires expertise in functional design and testing of Finance Integration solutions between Payroll and General Ledger including Costing. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases to implement via application configuration. Additionally, the Payroll Consultant will serve as a liaison to the business community, participating in user and task analysis to ensure the business community's perspective is maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and design client business processes specific to Payroll.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases for implementation via application configuration.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis.
• Provide functional expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional capabilities within the Oracle HR/Payroll/Absence Management EBS environment.
• Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.
• Create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.
• Translate system requirements into design specifications.
• Provide primary support for the installation of application releases into production.
• Design applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.

Here’s What You Need: 

• 5 plus years of Oracle EBS experience providing functional expertise for Oracle HR/Payroll/Absence Management EBS environment.
• Ability to design, develop, and test custom software solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team lead.
• Experience with more than one implementation of hands-on functional and testing experience with costing, or 3-7 years on a single project implementing and troubleshooting production costing tickets through to resolution.
• Experience in creating implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.
• Strong ability to translate system requirements into design specifications.
• Proficiency in providing primary support for the installation of application releases into production.
• Familiarity with designing applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.
• IT2 Access or Secret Clearance.
• Ability to travel one week quarterly to San Antonio, TX.

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
