Job Description:

We are currently looking for:

SAP Finance Lead Consultant (S/4HANA)

Job location: Remote from Poland

You will be responsible for:

• Lead SAP consultant for Finance area within SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration project, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices, industry standards, and process improvements that enhance clients’ financial operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, offering insights, training, and leadership to build team competency and engagement.
• Cooperate with technical teams to facilitate integrations, manage interfaces, and maintain data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, cost optimization, and improved financial processes.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date knowledge of evolving SAP S/4HANA functionalities, tools, and techniques, and share insights with clients and colleagues.

We require:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI), including S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven track record leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations in complex, global environments.
• In-depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics, Procurement, and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive and end-to-end solution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have:

• SAP certification related to Finance or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP/ABAP debugging and development.
• Familiarity with Activate methodology, Clean Core principles or Signavio.
• Experience serving clients in specific sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail, automotive, or consumer goods) and tailoring solutions to unique industry requirements.
• Ability to excel within high-performing teams while independently managing responsibilities, making sound decisions supported by good judgment.
• Proficiency in German is advantageous for certain client engagements and communication needs.
