Job Description
The Global Cloud Operations (GCO) Organization at ServiceNow is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone to join the GCO Engineering team with a passion for solving complex UX challenges through best practice and design thinking. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with Product owners, and the research team to form and drive the vision for what a world-class digital experience could and should be for a customer-facing product.

What you get to do in this role:
- Independently lead and drive large-scale design projects for our post sale experiences
- Design, prototype, and launch compelling products both aesthetically stunning and bar-raising for interaction design
- Execute end-to-end detailed design deliverables as a series of experience maps, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with user researchers to define and conduct user research to truly understand our customer's and users goals and needs
- Coordinate and integrate the work of fellow designers for a seamless and unified experience
- Engage with product teams at a strategic level to frame what we need to build and how to get there
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 4+ years of experience as an interaction designer, user experience designer, or similar role, with a history of operating at a senior level
- An inspiring portfolio showing us how you researched and crafted great experiences
- A clear systems-thinking and empathetic approach knowing how everyone and everything fits within the system to make informed decisions
- Expert in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.)
- Ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Ability to promote and champion your design and strategy solutions based on reason, research, and data
- Experience working in an iterative and agile development environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively work with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a fluid, fast-paced environment

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
