Senior SoC Functional Verification Engineer

• We are part of MME, a central design organization with NXP. SoC Verification team focus on Functionality , Safety , Security , Low Power , Performance and On Chip BIST goals of complex SoCs and is responsible to qualify that the architecture and microarchitecture meets these goals with detailed metrics analysis and cross correlation across model, RTL, emulation. Meeting these goals is critical for success of these parts.

Job Summary:

• SoC/Subsystem Test bench Architect Role . Key responsibilities include Test bench development with BFMs/C-BFMs , C-SV interaction , Memory preloading , Test bench randomization , Gate Level Sims , UPF based low power simulations
• Test bench development include formal verification , coverage analysis , regression management
• Participate in Key methodology initiatives in architecture , design and verification
• Demonstrate excellent Self–motivation, communication, strong problem solving and teamwork skills.

Job Qualifications

• BSEE / MSEE / PhD with 3-5 years’ experience in SoC Verification/Validation
• Experience in Microcontroller and Microprocessor architecture(Arm/Risc-V)
• Experience in SoC Architecture areas like clocks, resets , low power verification with UPF
• Experience in AMBA bus protocols i,e, AHB/AMBA, AXI, ACE
• Experience in System Verilog/UVM test bench
• Experience in Synopsys tools ( VCS , VC FORMAL , VCLP )
• Experience in BFMs and C programming skills
• Scripting and Automation (Perl, TCL, Python) knowledge is a plus
