What You Will do in This Role:

·         Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.

·         Monitor all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.

·         Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.

·         Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.

·         Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.

·         Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.

·         Establish and maintain proper facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.

·         Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.

·         Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.

·         Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and properly located.

What We are Looking For:

·         Minimum 5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.

·         At least 3 years’ experience leading a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees.

·         High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.

·         Ability to execute detailed oral and written instructions.

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.

·         Forklift Certification preferred.
