Associate Director of Sales:
Compensation: $100,000 base, $200,000 OTE.

Your Work:
The Associate Director of Sales at Feathr is responsible for coaching and enabling a team of experienced Account Executives to hit and exceed their quotas while developing their skills as sales professionals. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for managing forecast calls, leading weekly sales meetings and creating sales enablement materials for our Account Executives. This person will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training new team members.
The Associate Director of Sales is willing to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on helping Account Executives increase their win rate, deal velocity, and ASP. This includes joining sales calls, bringing executive presence, implementing sales techniques, and utilizing your sales expertise to help make a greater impact. The Associate Director of Sales will report to our VP of Sales.
Your Experience:
3+ years in B2B sales as a Manager (nonprofit tech preferred but not required)
5+ years in B2B sales as quota-carrying individual contributor in SaaS or Technology
Track record of high performance in previous positions
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information, skills, or techniques
