This position ensures adequate cash is available in trust funds to support current disbursements. This position also records transactions for the Department’s toll facilities and monitors transfers in from other agencies.

Anticipated Biweekly Salary:
$2,262.15 / biweekly
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for recording appropriate accounting transactions for all Department toll facilities for operations and maintenance costs, budgeted and paid for from the State Transportation Trust Fund. Accounting transactions include transfers between funds and accounting journals to record intra-fund receivables and payables.
Perform daily cash analysis for Department trust funds, invest and disinvest as necessary, and ensure appropriate cash balances are available to meet Department needs. Ensure that Revenue Sm
