About the role

Responsibilities

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The successful candidate will leverage his or her experience using a diverse set of IC targeting tools to provide technical analyses of a priority target. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph; 
  • Bachelor's degree and 11+ years demonstrated experience supporting the IC across multiple intelligence domains (e.g., SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, etc.); 
  • Cumulative experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collections, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and/or computer exploitation; 
  • Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports; 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain positive, insightful relationships with customers. 

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools; 
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space; 
  • Knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
