Onshore Operations Training Lead

Overview

The Onshore Operations Training Lead serves as the primary onshore point of contact for operations training and development, driving alignment and collaboration between U.S. Operations and WRS Training teams. This role leads the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of onshore operational training programs to enhance teammate knowledge, consistency, and performance. In partnership with WRS Training, this role ensures processes, materials, and learning experiences remain current, connected, and scalable across both regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onshore operations training programs, including new hire onboarding, skill-based workshops, and process updates.
• Serve as the primary liaison and partner to WRS Training, ensuring alignment of materials, delivery, and communication.
• Identify performance and knowledge gaps through observation and feedback; recommend training or process enhancements.
• Develop, update, and facilitate engaging learning sessions (virtual and in-person) for diverse operational audiences.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure training supports business goals and operational excellence.
• Serve as a knowledge resource, coach, and mentor to onshore operations teammates.
• Partner with Learning & Development to maintain documentation, track outcomes, and measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or operations support.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and virtual/in-person facilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
