Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with tight timelines and evolving requirements, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (engineering, operations, suppliers, customers) to align priorities and resolve dependencies
• Translate high-level or unclear customer requirements into structured project tasks for the technical team
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation actions
• Prepare project documentation, reporting, and presentations to provide stakeholders with transparency on status, risks, and next steps
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team

Your Profile

• University degree preferably in business or engineering fields, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in technical project coordination or management
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills, with ability to align mechanical/ electrical/ software disciplines
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, diagrams)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; other language skills are a plus
