Accounts Receivable Clerk

 $21-$22/hour

• Responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving of customer deductions and disputes 

• Professional and timely responses to all inquiries via phone, or e-mail 

• Analyze payment patterns and perform account reconciliations as needed 

• Timely submission of account adjustments, and credit memos 

• Send out invoices  

• Process incoming payments 

• Reconcile customer accounts 

• Issue credit notes 

• Follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices 

• Update client billing information 

• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits  

• Process and maintain strict confidentiality for credit card payments via email and phone 

• Accurately and detailed completion of vendor forms 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

• High School Graduate or GED 

• 3+ years accounts receivable experience 

• 1+ years QuickBooks knowledge and experience 

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality 

• Excellent data entry skills 

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills 

• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
