Our major offices are in Sweden (HQ), Canada, Greece, India, Poland.</strong></p><p><strong>The role<br/></strong>Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of our key talent. Reporting to the Director- HR Transformation the Senior Specialist - Total Rewards Specialist is accountable for working with the business, HR colleagues and functional partners to deliver total rewards programs that are integrated with, and support, our Employer value proposition. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Partnering with the Director- HR Transformation, to develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results in support of business objectives.</li> <li>Building out the Total Rewards programs aligned with a high impact HR operating model, including streamlined processes to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.</li> <li>Establishing key metrics for programs to ensure alignment and measure success.</li> <li>Operational leadership & administration of existing programs (annual salary review process, job framework & job evaluation, pensions, benefits, wellness,recognition, equity program design) plus support for the delivery of executive compensation and reward programs.</li> <li>Championing the development of new total rewards programs that are competitive, fair, and affordable.</li> <li>Partnering with HR leadership, senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business strategy and anticipate needs.</li> <li>Managing, maintaining and cultivating vendor relationships.</li> <li>Maintaining a pulse on industry, market and legal intelligence for total rewards trends.</li> <li>Establish and manage global mobility policies and practices, working with internal and external tax, and or mobility experts.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>8+ years of relevant experience (leading the design and implementation of compensation structures, policies, and governance, including experience working with job evaluation and pay equity; exposure to benefit and retirement programs including plan design, vendor negotiations, renewals, financial analysis, and communications).</li> <li>Superior excel skills, including data management, statistical analysis, and pivot tables.</li> <li>Experience managing compensation in a Human Capital Management (HCM) System.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Superior written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership audiences.</li> <li>Ability to organize and accomplish objectives independently and proactively.</li> <li>Business acumen, collaboration, and client-focused mentality to develop and strengthen business relationships.</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate complex issues while maintaining attention to detail.</li> <li>Significant judgment and maturity in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Working at Etraveli Group means working at a fast-growing company with high ambitions in becoming the number one Online travel agency worldwide.
