The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

Our Pre-Surgical and Post Anesthesia Care unit compassionately cares for pre and post surgical patients for a variety of surgical specialties, including: OB-GYN, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiac, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Podiatry and Robotics.  

We are proud to be a Heart and Neurovascular Center, an accredited Chest Pain Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level II Trauma Center.
