Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate:

• 8 Years of Experience: $28.80 - $36.00/hour

• 17+ Years of Experience: Up to $43.20/hour

Incentives:

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Role Overview

The Transplant/Cellular Therapy RN is a critical position for a new unit launching in November 2024, focusing on direct care for patients undergoing Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorder treatments. This fast-paced and rewarding role requires specialized skills in oncology, infusion, dialysis, or similar acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care for Transplant and Cellular Therapy patients in line with RN Practice Act.

• Administer prescribed treatments, including chemotherapy, infusions, and other specialized therapies.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring comprehensive care plans are followed.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience in Oncology, Infusion, or Dialysis.

• Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) or Bone Marrow Transplant programs.

• Licensure: Compact RN License or Florida State RN License (required within 90 days if holding a Compact License).

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
