PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provides project management, data analysis, and process optimization for the pharmacy network team to ensure the strategic success of the Sedgwick Pharmacy Program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and manages projects related to the enhancement of Sedgwick’s Pharmacy Program - both our Pharmacy Benefit Management vendor partners and our internal clinical stakeholders. Develops project plans, sets goals, and tracks progress to ensure timely completion.
- Executes Pharmacy Program initiatives.
- Identifies areas for process improvement within the Pharmacy Program and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes.
- Analyzes data related to pharmacy operations, monthly/quarterly trends and financial outcomes and provides insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings.
- Ensures exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Addresses client issues and reporting needs in a timely and strategic fashion in support of our Client Service colleagues.
- Develops strategies for program growth and success.
- Works closely with leadership to evaluate and enhance, as necessary, standards, procedures, policies and jurisdictional regulations for activities related to the pharmacy products.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, to include three (2) years of project management, data analysis, and use of data visualization tools in the healthcare/pharmacy industry required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent data analysis and interpretive skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent oral and written communication , including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
