Equipment Control Coordinator

Description

Main Purpose of the Role:

Maintain proper stock levels within North America, the Caribbean, Central America and parts of South America to support export business and prevent surpluses. 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for managing equipment stock and planning vessel evacuation/positioning as the business and global flow plan requires.

Main Tasks:

• Manage inventory reports. 
• Participate weekly meetings.
• Check available space for empty inventories.  
• Plan and coordinate evacuations based off guidelines provided.
• Maintain proper inventory on terminal to stay within allocation and reduce costs. 
• Analyzes Cost and reports.
• Support the branches with terminals, depots, damage issues.
• Support commercial teams with equipment solutions and forecasts.
• Meeting targets and standards with equipment stock.
• Provide analytics (damage, terminal storage, empty stock).

Requirements

• Excel Spreadsheet software and Word, Outlook Word Processing software. 

• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
