We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our US ACM Marketing Team. In this role you will be responsible for leading US downstream product marketing activities that drive revenue growth and market share gains. This role will develop and own the marketing initiatives and tactics to further grow the ACM portfolio through strategic collaboration with both distributors and OEM partners. This is a team player and strong collaborator role, focused on team success.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Accountable for portfolio performance including revenue growth, share development, pricing integrity and margin protection with distribution and OEM partners

  • Enable successful portfolio commercialization through market insights, value-based messaging, launch support and joint marketing initiatives

  • Develop and deliver product training programs that equip distributor sales teams with the knowledge, tools and messaging needed to effectively promote ACM portfolio

  • Collaborate with OEM partners on joint go-to-market activities, including product launches, co-marketing initiatives, customer education and market development programs

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product literature, competitive positioning, clinical evidence summaries and customer facing marketing collateral

  • Gather and analyze market, customer and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, inform product strategy and support growth objectives

  • Support product launches and portfolio management by coordinating launch activities, developing go-to-market strategies and developing resources needed for successful commercialization

  • Support strategic account and business development efforts by providing market insights, customer segmentation and commercial analyses that help drive partnership growth

  • Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports and presentations regarding portfolio performance

  • Evaluate the profitability and feasibility of new products or product enhancements

  • Align and partner with cross‑functional teams around strategic priorities, milestones and decision points

  • Serve as a technical advisor, including product demonstrations and resolution of product-related issues

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in medical device marketing or advanced degree with at least 8 years of experience in medical device marketing

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration

  • Experience with project and/or program management 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to write effective business plans, marketing plans and product plans

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team, listening effectively to others

  • Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects, with good organizational skills

  • Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
