Nurse Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler, Monday-Friday, full-time

White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking an organized, dedicated and patient individual to fill our Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler position. The purpose of this role is to devise and implement a routine staffing schedule for nursing personnel, to adequately meet State and Company standards and needs of our patients/residents.

This is a full time position that include Mondays through Fridays at 40 hours a week. This is a fast pace role that requires ultimate flexibility to multi-task with an innovated skill set to coordinate per facility requirements and needs.

Qualifications and education:

• Experience as a Staffing Coordinator is necessary
• Must have at least the equivalent of a high school diploma
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
• CNA experience is a plus
• Experienced in interviewing potential candidates
• Proficient in time and attendance software with strong computer skills to efficiently manage and maintain accurate records
• Clerical and secretarial skills are required
• Efficiently organized with the ability to multi-task
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
