About the role

CloudBees is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with expertise in GoLang (preferred), Java, or Python and a solid background in application development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound understanding of security best practices within a micro-service-based ecosystem, actively identifying and advocating for security measures. Serving as a key liaison between the product security team and software development team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating security seamlessly into our products.

As a Staff Software Engineer, your role involves spearheading projects and crafting systems to enhance the developer experience within large enterprises. Joining a dynamic engineering team consisting of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers, you will actively contribute to the integration of security best practices within a micro-service-based ecosystem. Your responsibilities include championing security measures and serving as a liaison between the product security team and software development team, ensuring the seamless incorporation of security into all CloudBees product offerings.
